What we collect
Information you provide in the free checker and any paid guide: your name, email, phone (optional), postcode, vehicle and issue details, and any registration details you choose to paste from your own Service NSW check.
Service NSW registration details
You perform the official registration check yourself on Service NSW and voluntarily paste the result. We never access Service NSW on your behalf. By submitting, you confirm you are authorised to provide that information.
Website and IP data
We record limited technical information (including IP address and the area you're visiting from) to understand demand by location and to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To prepare your guidance, to operate and improve the service, and — only with your consent — to connect you with a suitable authorised expert.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share your details with a third-party expert if you explicitly ask us to.
